The sliding glass doors in the living room also access the screened-in beach facing balcony.

There are two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub/shower.

The full kitchen comes complete with stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. It also has a complete set of cooking and eating utensils, dishes, pots, pans and cleaning equipment.

A kitchen pass through helps service the dining room.

This unit has basically the same layout and amenities as unit #508 plus it has an extra large picture window in the living room facing the beach and a window over the kitchen sink also facing the ocean.

The end wall of the balcony faces the beach and is also screened.. Being on the top (fifth) floor it has particularly great oceanfront beach views from its many windows and balcony.
