Turtle Reef Club is an apartment style time-share with 50 fully equipped units. It has 10 units on each of the five floors with easy access to all.  There are stairs and walkways and a newly renovated elevator.

The Club is NOT an over-crowded vacation spot, like so many others with the mile high buildings with many floors and rooms.

In the past few years it has been extensively renovated, starting from the outside including massive concrete repairs, a unique 'coastal' exterior paint job and an improved LED walkway lighting. There are  new hurricane resistant glass sliding doors and windows, and balcony deck resurfacing has taken place.
