THE UNITS' AMENITIES
Each unit is about 1000 sq ft plus a 200 sq ft screened in balcony with a view of the beach.
They also have a private entrance from the outside walkway, for easy access.
Units are self-contained and can sleep up to six persons. One king bed, two twin beds and a pullout sofa (Queen) which is located in the living room.
There is a flat-screen TV in each bedroom and living room. Included is complimentary WiFi and long distance calling.
The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with a tub/shower and the main bathroom is located in the hall with a walk-in shower.
Parking is also included.
Units are thoroughly cleaned and linen replaced on a weekly basis. Additional towel exchange is mid week.
All units have their own water heater and HVAC (heating and air conditioning).

Recent Renovations
During the recent renovations the units have been refreshed with new kitchen appliances, Amish high-quality furniture, new lighting fixtures. There are now new "Florida-tiled" floor which have been installed throughout.
New beautiful tropical-themed art work complement the decor and the tech updates include USB outlets for all your electronic needs.
