POLICIES
Reservation Policy
All units and balconies are none smoking. There are designated smoking areas.
It is a policy of Turtle Reef Club that only registered service animals are welcomed. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
A 30% deposit of your total reservation is required to secure your booking.
Final payment must be received one month prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you should need to cancel:

You can cancel up to 31 days prior to your reserved occupancy date and receive refund, less the deposit.

If you cancel 30 days or less prior to the occupancy date, there is no refund.
